Call Center Sales Pro is a consulting firm for the call center and answering service industry. We have had the pleasure to work with TAS Innovations several times on behalf of our clients and for our own team. Recently they assisted us in installing a new billing program. This was a challenging project because of the complexity of the different rate codes and client-base that was over 30 years old and included many acquisitions. They worked diligently in converting our customer’s clients to a new platform that resulted in higher billing and provided a comprehensive reporting structure that outlines the profitability of each account. 

We also worked with TAS Innovations on installing an SMS server. The technology they were able to bring to the table on behalf of our client was superior to any other platform that we found, and it was at a price point that allowed us to bring the latest offerings to market and immediately see an ROI in our client’s investment.
